Qualifications

Membership of the ministry shall be open to all serious-minded Christians from various church denominations who satisfy the following minimum requirements:

1.     Must be born again and have the assurance of salvation in Christ (John 3:3; Romans 8:16);

2.     Manifests an increasing evidence of the fruit of the Holy Spirit in his or her life (Galatians 5:22-26);

3.     A commitment to follow peace with all men, and to walk in scriptural holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord, growing daily in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Hebrews 12:14; 2 Peter 3:18);

4.     A commitment to integrate the Christian faith with his or her occupation, and thus to become increasingly more and more effective as the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-16);

5.     A commitment to the revival of the church in this generation and the concomitant transformation of our society, through sound scriptural applications;

6.     A commitment to praying everyday for the work of the ministry and for the realization of her noble objectives; and

7.     A commitment to paying monthly dues of at least 1% of his or her total monthly income to finance the key operations of the ministry.

 

 

Privileges

Members of the ministry shall be entitled to the following privileges:

1)       A member shall have the right to attend any meeting of the General  Assembly of AGTHM;

2)       A member shall have the right to make contributions by way of giving his/her opinions on the general affairs of AGTHM either in General Assembly Meetings or in writing to the Governing Council;

3)       A member shall have the right to receive any reports on the affairs of AGTHM as may be guaranteed by the constitution;

4)       A member shall have the right to receive the various publications of the ministry, including articles, magazines and other periodicals, booklets, journals, VCDs or DVDs, etc. at special reduced prices for members;

5)       A member shall be entitled to purchase books published by the ministry, and those reprinted by the ministry by permission of the original publishers, and all other special products of the ministry at special reduced prices for members;

6)       A member shall be entitled for priority consideration in any of the empowerment schemes of the ministry, including sponsorship for acquisition of technical skills, financial assistance to begin some meaningful trade, scholarships for theological education, various other assistance, etc;

7)       A member shall be entitled for priority consideration in filling various vacancies that will arise from time to time within AGTHM and/or her numerous partner organizations and associates; and provision of some technical benefits that may be attracted to the society by the ministry;

8)       A member shall be entitled to the use of any facility of the ministry, including lodging, internet services, photocopying services, amusement park facilities, etc. at special reduced rates for members;

9)       A member shall be entitled to reduced/subsidized fees for attendance to all very special  programs of the ministry that are not free to the public, including specialized conferences, seminars, formal and informal lectures, etc.

10)   Every member shall enjoy the opportunity of sound counseling and accountability correspondence with some other respected members, for the purpose of sharpening and helping one another to maintain spiritual focus along our earthly pilgrimage; 

11)   A member may, if he/she distinguishes himself/herself, be elected or appointed a member of the State/Zonal/General Administrative Councils, the Governing Council, or the Board of Trustees when there is a vacancy, subject to other provisions of the constitution; and

12)   Above all, every member shall have the unique privilege of investing his or her total resources, including finances, materials, skills and talents to legitimate, credible, tangible, valuable, and profitable programs and projects in the vast heavenly business enterprise of the Lord, with the Lord Himself and other truly born-again and heavenly-minded Christians as co-laborers, co-investors, co-shareholders, co-inheritors/heirs.
